Setting up a corporate travel account without the admin
Monthly invoicing, cost centres and named chauffeurs — how account travel actually works.

Most companies book chauffeur travel one card payment at a time, then spend the end of every month reconciling receipts nobody kept. An account can simplify that process, and setting one up starts with a conversation about your travel requirements.
What an account changes
- Bookings are made by email or phone without a payment step.
- One consolidated invoice arrives monthly, itemised by journey.
- Journeys can be tagged to a cost centre, project or individual.
- Approved staff can book directly without going through finance first.
Named chauffeurs
For regular travel, we can coordinate a small group of chauffeurs for your account, subject to availability. They learn the route you prefer, the cabin temperature you like, and whether you want conversation or silence. Over a few months that becomes the difference between a car service and a service.
Confidentiality
Discretion is an important part of our service. Chauffeurs undergo background checks and are expected to respect client privacy and handle travel details professionally. We will sign an NDA where your compliance team requires one.
Roadshows and multi-stop days
For a day of meetings, the vehicle stays with you between stops rather than being re-booked at each one. Providing the itinerary in advance allows the chauffeur and dispatch team to prepare the routing and relevant parking arrangements before the journey.
Getting started
Call the office or send an enquiry with your company name, the approximate monthly volume, and who should be authorised to book. We will discuss the requirements, confirm the applicable terms and advise on the next steps for establishing the account.
