Required driver accreditationHold any driver accreditation, authority or licence required for the services and jurisdictions in which you operate.
Valid driving licenceHold a current licence appropriate for the vehicle and passenger services you provide.
Driving historyMaintain a driving history that meets applicable legal requirements and our onboarding criteria.
Background checksComplete any background or police checks required as part of our onboarding process.
Professional presentationMaintain professional presentation and, where applicable, provide a clean and well-presented vehicle.
Professional communicationCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, dispatch and other relevant parties.
Local knowledgeHave a practical understanding of relevant airports, CBD areas, major venues and other common pickup and drop-off locations.
