Question 1

What is the minimum booking time for hourly chauffeur hire?

Accepted Answer

Hourly chauffeur hire has a three-hour minimum. Longer bookings can be arranged for extended travel, full-day requirements and multi-day itineraries, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Question 2

Can I make multiple stops during hourly chauffeur hire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Multiple stops can be included during your booked hours, provided each stop and your final destination remain within the applicable service radius from your original pickup address. The service radius starts at 30 km for a 3-hour booking and increases by an additional 10 km for each extra hour booked. If a destination falls outside the applicable service radius, the booking system will indicate that a longer booking duration or a closer address is required.

Question 3

Can I book chauffeur hire for a full day or multiple days?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Full-day and extended chauffeur hire can be arranged for corporate travel, private sightseeing, events, shopping, roadshows and other tailored travel requirements. Multi-day arrangements can also be discussed directly.

Question 4

Do longer hourly bookings cost less per hour?

Accepted Answer

Hourly rates become more favourable as your booking extends beyond three hours. Your applicable rate is shown as you select your hours, with tailored rates available for extended or multi-day hire.

Question 5

Are tolls included in the hourly chauffeur hire rate?

Accepted Answer

Tolls, where applicable, are billed separately at the end of the journey. This is shown in the booking summary as “Tolls (if any) — billed at end of journey” when you select your booking duration.

Question 6

How do I book hourly or all-day chauffeur hire?

Accepted Answer

Select By the hour when booking, then choose your preferred date, start time, duration, passenger numbers and vehicle. For extended or bespoke arrangements, contact Dream Hire Luxe to discuss your requirements, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
