Question 1

Which cities and venues do you cover for event transfers?

Accepted Answer

Event transfers are available across all seven cities we serve, with major venues including Accor Stadium, Melbourne Cricket Ground, GIO Stadium, Suncorp Stadium, Cbus Super Stadium, Adelaide Oval and Optus Stadium. Other suitable event venues can also be considered.

Question 2

How much does a concert or sporting event transfer cost?

Accepted Answer

Event transfers are quoted according to the specific event, venue, pickup location, vehicle requirements and whether a return journey is required. Your personalised fare is confirmed before the booking.

Question 3

Is there a fixed fare for Sydney event transfers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — from $350 return to the Sydney Olympic Park, Moore Park or Randwick precincts, covering Accor Stadium, Allianz Stadium, the SCG, Afterpay Arena and Randwick Racecourse.

Question 4

How is the pickup arranged after the event?

Accepted Answer

A suitable post-event pickup point can be agreed before the event, taking into account venue access, event traffic and any applicable road restrictions. Where appropriate, the pickup point may be away from the main exit congestion.

Question 5

Can you accommodate groups attending concerts or sporting events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Groups can be accommodated with an appropriate vehicle or multiple vehicles, depending on passenger numbers and luggage requirements. Multiple vehicles can also be coordinated for larger groups.

Question 6

How do I book a concert or sporting event transfer?

Accepted Answer

Send us the event name, venue, date, pickup location, passenger numbers and whether you require a return journey. We will review the event details and confirm the available vehicle, pickup arrangements and personalised fare.
