Is Wi-Fi available onboard?

Onboard Wi-Fi is available for international guests upon request.

How many passengers and bags fit in each vehicle?

Capacity varies by class — sedans, First Class vehicles and SUVs are best suited to smaller groups with full luggage, our minivans seat more, and our Mini Buses seat 11 or 14 passengers. Exact passenger and luggage numbers are listed on each vehicle's own page.

Will I receive the exact make and model shown on the website?

Vehicles are booked by vehicle class rather than a guaranteed make or model. For example, a Luxury SUV booking may be fulfilled by an Audi Q7, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Lexus RX or BMW X5. Other classes also include multiple models, with vehicle allocation depending on availability and operational requirements for the day of your journey.

Can I request a specific vehicle class for a special occasion?

Yes — simply select your preferred class when booking, or contact us directly for weddings, corporate events or multi-vehicle bookings.

What if I have more luggage than the standard allowance?

Let us know at the time of booking — we can usually move you to a larger vehicle class so everything fits comfortably.
