The details of that arrangement look different depending on who you are, so here is how each of the five business categories we support actually works.
Corporate Transfers
This is the most common shape: a company with staff and visiting clients who need airport pickups, meeting-to-meeting transfers and after-hours transport arranged through an agreed business booking process. Corporate accounts get a dedicated point of contact and one consolidated monthly invoice across every cost centre, instead of individual receipts piling up.
Where flight monitoring is available, airport transfers can be coordinated around changes to a client's scheduled arrival, reducing the need for your team to monitor the flight themselves.
Travel Agencies
Agencies don't want to manage ground transport logistics themselves — they want a partner they can slot into an itinerary and trust to handle the rest. We can work directly with the traveller once the booking is placed, with agency arrangements available where applicable, across the seven cities we cover. MICE Ground Transport
