How businesses partner with Dream Hire Luxe: corporate, agency, events, MICE and crew

One account, five ways to work with us. A look at how corporates, travel agencies, event and PR teams, conference organisers and airline crews each set up an ongoing arrangement with Dream Hire Luxe.

How businesses partner with Dream Hire Luxe: corporate, agency, events, MICE and crew

Most of what we do starts with a single traveller booking a single trip. But a growing part of our work is ongoing — businesses that need chauffeur transport as a standing arrangement, not a one-off. The details of that arrangement look different depending on who you are, so here is how each of the five business categories we support actually works.

Corporate Transfers

This is the most common shape: a company with staff and visiting clients who need airport pickups, meeting-to-meeting transfers, or after-hours transport handled reliably, without someone in the office chasing a booking every time. Corporate accounts get a dedicated point of contact and one consolidated monthly invoice across every cost centre, instead of individual receipts piling up.

Flight-tracked airport transfers mean a chauffeur's arrival adjusts automatically if a client's flight is delayed — nobody on your end has to monitor it.

Travel Agencies

Agencies don't want to manage ground transport logistics themselves — they want a partner they can slot into an itinerary and trust to handle the rest. We work directly with the traveller once the booking is placed, at agency rates, across all seven cities we cover. One partner, consistent standard, wherever the itinerary takes their client.

Events & Public Relations

Launches, activations and media events run on a schedule that often changes right up until the day itself. This category is less about a single booking and more about coordinating several vehicles, guests and timings against one run sheet, with a single point of contact managing all of it rather than each guest booking separately. Chauffeurs working these bookings are briefed for discretion where talent or media privacy matters.

MICE Ground Transport

Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions need transport that scales — from a handful of speakers to a full delegate list moving between hotels, venues and the airport across a multi-day program. This is where fleet range matters most: single-executive sedans through to 11 and 14-passenger Sprinters, coordinated by one coordinator across the length of the event rather than booking-by-booking.

Crew & Pilot Transfers

Airline crew and pilots don't operate on a normal booking window — roster changes happen at 4am as often as 4pm, and a changeover can be confirmed with only a few hours' notice. This category is built around that reality: recurring or rolling roster-based bookings, chauffeurs familiar with crew pickup zones rather than just passenger arrivals, and one account invoiced on a schedule that suits the operation rather than per trip.

Setting up an account

Every category above works the same way to get started — there's no separate onboarding process depending on which one fits you.

  • Tell us which category best describes what you need, and roughly what volume to expect.
  • We confirm rates, coverage across our seven cities, and how you'd like billing handled.
  • Bookings can come from one contact or several, depending on how your team is set up.
  • Everything runs through the same fleet and chauffeur standard as our individual client bookings.

If you're not sure which category fits, that's fine — get in touch and describe what you need, and we'll point you to the right one.
