Meeting your chauffeur at Sydney Airport: a terminal-by-terminal guide
Where to walk, which door to use, and why you will never wait in a rideshare queue again.
Sydney Airport is three terminals in two locations, connected by a road that is busy at every hour a plane lands. Knowing where to walk saves more time than any shortcut through customs.
T1 — International
After you clear customs and biosecurity, you exit through a set of sliding doors into the public arrivals hall. Your chauffeur will be standing in the meeting area directly ahead, holding a sign with your name. Stay inside the hall; the kerb outside is a drop-off zone with no waiting.
Allow 30 to 45 minutes between landing and reaching the arrivals hall on a busy morning. Our complimentary international wait time covers that comfortably.
T2 — Domestic (Virgin, Jetstar, Rex)
Follow the signs to baggage claim. Your chauffeur waits near the carousels in the main arrivals area. If you are travelling with carry-on only, walk to the same point rather than heading straight for the exit.
T3 — Domestic (Qantas)
T3 is a short walk from T2 but a separate building. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals area beside the baggage claim. Confirm which terminal your flight actually lands at — Qantas occasionally reallocates flights to T2.
Why not the kerb?
Kerbside pickup zones at Sydney Airport are timed and heavily enforced. A chauffeur circling the terminal is a chauffeur you cannot find. Meeting inside the hall is slower to describe and faster in practice.
Luggage and child seats

- Child seats are fitted before we arrive at the airport — tell us the ages when you book.
- Oversized items such as golf clubs or skis need a Luxury SUV; mention them at booking.
