What discretion means in a chauffeured car
Confidential calls, sensitive guests, and the standard we train chauffeurs to hold.

Discretion is the word every chauffeur company uses and few define. Here is what it means in practice, on our vehicles, on an ordinary Tuesday.
The chauffeur does not start the conversation
A greeting, a confirmation of the destination, and then silence unless you open it. If you want to talk, our chauffeurs are good company. If you want to work, they will not ask you about your weekend.
What is said in the car stays in the car
Chauffeurs are trained never to discuss guests, destinations, or anything they overhear — with other clients, with colleagues, or on social media. Repeat guests are not mentioned by name to anyone outside dispatch.
The cabin is built for calls
- Acoustic glazing and privacy glass on the first-class fleet.
- Onboard Wi-Fi that does not route through anything we can read.
- Radio off by default.
Vetting
Every chauffeur holds current driver accreditation, has passed a police check, and has been interviewed in person. We do not subcontract to drivers we have not met.
Where it matters most
Legal, finance, medical and media clients tell us the same thing: the value is not the car, it is the twenty minutes of privacy between two meetings. We will sign an NDA if your organisation requires one.
